I am an executive consultant and organizational transformation specialist, helping leaders and teams achieve clarity, alignment, and measurable performance outcomes. I combine design thinking, rapid prototyping, and experiential approaches to tackle complex challenges, foster strategic collaboration, and strengthen organizational culture.
