🎯 Objective
Design and facilitate a half-day immersive lab for senior HR leaders to strengthen emotional resilience, creative alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
🧩 Approach
Grounded in my PhD research on Design as a Tool for Education, this Art + Meditation Lab combined experiential learning, mindful design, and reflective practice to help participants regulate stress and enhance creative problem-solving.

Embrace Discomfort: Color-based icebreaker using non-dominant-hand drawing to expand creative tolerance
Cultivate Presence: Guided meditation and mindful movement to reduce stress and increase focus
