🎯 Objective
Explore how color perception influences emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and leadership decision-making—using art and mindfulness as tools for strategic reflection and self-awareness.
🧩 Methodology
Drawing on insights from my PhD research and Meditation and Design, I facilitated a series of guided visual exercises, cultural analysis, and reflective dialogue to help leaders understand how perception shapes emotion, communication, and decision-making.
Participants included professionals and creative leaders from NASA and Cirque du Soleil, bringing diverse perspectives to the exploration of emotional and cultural intelligence.
